AI Campus is an online training platform where teachers complete tasks, watch videos and submit evidence of classroom practice. Submitted work is evaluated with the help of artificial intelligence, and verified progress accumulates as hours and internal diplomas.

The service is contracted by the school, not by the individual teacher. Teachers access the platform with an access code provided by their school. The scope of the service (levels, features) depends on the plan the school contracted.

• Use the platform only for your own professional development.
• Submit your own work; do not submit someone else's work as yours.
• Do not upload student personal data or identifiable student work as evidence.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself.

The evaluation and feedback the platform produces are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They are a support tool for your development. They are not a substitute for your professional judgement: you remain responsible for the pedagogical decisions you make in your classroom.

The content you create and submit (evidence, reflections) is yours. We do not claim ownership of it; you grant us only the permission needed to store it, evaluate it and show it to you and your school's administrators as part of the service. The platform's own materials (courses, texts, design, software) belong to the platform operator and may not be copied or resold.

Verified hours and diplomas are the platform's internal record of your training. They do not constitute an official certification, and we do not guarantee recognition, accreditation or endorsement by any educational authority or external body.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — for example, submitting fraudulent evidence or attempting to access other users' data. Where reasonable, we will notify the school first.

We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data caused by third parties, or service interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of [JURISDICCIÓN].
