Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data AI Campus collects from teachers, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The party responsible for your personal data is [RAZÓN SOCIAL], with registered address at [DOMICILIO FISCAL] and tax ID (RFC) [RFC], operator of the AI Campus platform.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect data you give us or that your use of the platform generates:

  • Account data: full name, email address, school (campus) and role.
  • Optional profile data: subject or teaching area, program start date.
  • Work you submit: task evidence (text and uploaded files such as screenshots or documents), written reflections, and your answers to the final program evaluation.
  • Progress data the platform generates: task and video completion status, video watch percentage, verified hours, diplomas earned, and the score and feedback produced by the AI evaluation of your work.
  • Community and support messages: messages you write in the community chat and support requests.
  • If you complete a collaborative task: the name of your work partner.

3. What we use your data for

Purposes necessary to provide the service:

  • Creating and managing your account and linking it to your school.
  • Evaluating the work you submit and recording your verified hours and diplomas.
  • Showing your school's administrators your training progress.
  • Providing support when you request it.

Optional purposes (they do not affect the service if you refuse them):

  • Improving the platform using aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

4. Transfers and processors

To operate the service, your data is processed by the following providers, acting on our behalf:

  • Anthropic (United States).The work you submit (task evidence, reflections) is sent to Anthropic's AI service to generate its evaluation and feedback.
  • Supabase (United States).Stores the platform's database, authentication and uploaded files.
  • Vercel (United States). Hosts the platform and provides aggregate, cookie-free visit analytics.
  • Sentry — Functional Software, Inc. (United States). Receives technical error reports so we can fix failures.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Data about minors

AI Campus is a platform for teachers. It is not directed at children or students, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When you submit classroom evidence, you must not upload student personal data or identifiable student work. Task instructions ask for anonymized samples. If we detect identifiable student data in submitted evidence, we will remove it and ask you to resubmit an anonymized version.

6. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

You can request limits on the use of your data — for example, that we stop using it for the optional purposes — by writing to [CORREO ARCO]. Your school can also request the removal of a teacher's account.

7. Your ARCO rights

You may at any time request Access to your data, Rectification if it is inaccurate, Cancellation (deletion), or Opposition to its processing.

Procedure:

  • Write to [CORREO ARCO] stating your name, the email of your account, which right you want to exercise, and a way to reach you.
  • We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days.
  • If your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following fifteen business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent personal-data protection authority in Mexico.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a session cookie so you can stay signed in — it is necessary for the platform to work. For visit statistics we use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you individually. We also use Google Search Console to understand how the public site appears in search results; it does not place cookies on this site. See the Cookie Notice for details and opt-out options.

9. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects the data we collect or share, we will also announce it inside the platform before it takes effect.
